BIO AND CONTACTS
Born in Greenpoint Hospital in Brooklyn New York and lived on Grand Street, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn New York. Most of the time I lived with my Grandmother until I was seven, and then took up residence in the Angel Guardian Home in Brooklyn, and eventually four foster homes, till I was released at 15 years old. Lived in the streets on and off for the next three years, and enlisted in the US Army at 18. Some of my detailed life is in some of my writings, as I show a snapshot or two. I am married to Mercedes who’s from Puerto Rico, my second marriage. I was blessed with two sons, one of whom is a Battalion Chief for the Broward County Sheriff’s office. The Writing club has offered me literally a place in the Sun, most days, with a group of smart and engaging friends who, like me, enjoy the art of writing and friendship.My email is djkane5566@comcast.net
